DESCRIPTION:Come join a discussion on the art of partnership with Professor of Entrepreneurship Matt Marx\, who will present a high-level view of what you should consider in co-founders\, what is needed in a founder’s agreement\, how to allocate equity ownership\, when/what to use a lawyer for\, how to raise venture funding without losing your job\, and provide key elements that one can utilize when thinking through early startup setup.
