Join Cornell Career Services for an eye-opening event where you’ll gain the tools to navigate these crucial questions. \nLearn how to decipher workplace cultures\, understand the intricacies of work/life balance\, and identify the markers of an inclusive and safe community. Connect with and learn from young alumni who have experienced early career success and challenges. \nConversations will focus on supporting students with marginalized identities\, including BIPOC\, LGBTQ and individuals with disabilities. \nTo foster an open and safe space for dialogue\, the event will not be recorded.
