SUMMARY:Professional photographs
DESCRIPTION:Careers in Academia / BEST is bringing back award winning portraitist Roger William Theise to take a professional headshot so you can look your best for your LinkedIn profile\, and more. \nDress professionally and be prepared to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. One reminder will be sent the Monday before confirming your time slot. If your schedule changes unexpectedly\, please be sure to notify us so someone else can take your reserved slot. In the past we have been able to accommodate a few walk-ins. \nMessage from the photographer:\n“Your session will be to create a high quality classic studio portrait\, so looking your best is important. It is also very important to wear or bring long sleeves. A tie and jacket\, or blazer and blouse is always a good choice\, along with any type of business or office attire that demonstrates professionalism. Jewelry and makeup tend to photograph very well. \nDarker outer solids tend to photograph exceptionally well on just about everyone. \nPlease try to avoid any bright\, overly saturated colors\, polka dots\, or distracting stripes & patterns. (If this is your regular established style\, then choose the very best\, least distracting and go with it!) \nClothing with commercial logos or any element that would diminish the professionalism in your appearance should be totally avoided as they not appropriate for this type of portrait. \nYour portrait should convey an accurate reflection of your own style and character while meeting the expectations of your goals for future professional positions\, symposiums\, or current establishment of an upgraded profile image. \nKeep in mind that your portrait may have several years or more of useful longevity\, so please choose attire that would allow you to feel your very best for a portrait. Rest assured\, I will purpose to create a portrait you like\, and you will have the opportunity to personally select a pose or smile that you are pleased with. \nSee you there! \nRoger William Theise\nAward Winning Portraitist
