DESCRIPTION:Better understand how to design experiments for developing new devices\, diagnostics\, or drugs. Whether you are looking for potential industry collaborations or targeting industry as a career option\, it is important to know what key questions are addressed in industry compared to academia. This working group is intended for participants to discuss how to better position academic researchers to work with industry by identifying effective programs to build skills for better industry interactions. \nExtending the reach of your research: beyond publications\, toward novel therapies or technologies\nLet’s expand the possibilities around experiments together! This will be an interactive small group experience. \nSign up for one of two one-hour sessions\, at noon on either Friday November 13 or December 1 \nFaculty\, postdocs\, and grad students are encouraged to participate!
