DESCRIPTION:Scientist Mentoring and Diversity Program (SMDP) call for 2020 Applicants. SMDP Biotech in San Diego @June 6-10 or SMDP MedTech in Toronto @October 3-7. The application deadline is April 3. The programs are one-year career mentoring programs that pair ethnically diverse graduate students with industry mentors. Scholars attend a 5-day training session with their mentors to learn about career opportunities in biotech or medtech industry and receive career development coaching and attend a major industry conference.
