Advocacy Opportunities in Washington, DC

Register for one of the upcoming advocacy opportunities in Washington, DC:

  • Sunday March 10– Tuesday March 12: Humanities Advocacy Day, Hosted by the National Humanities Alliance, this event includes a 1.5-day conference in Washington, DC followed by an advocacy day to advocate for federal funding.
  • Tuesday, March 19: Fusion Day is an advocacy day for fusion/plasma scientists. Princeton University organizes the event which includes an optional dinner meeting the night before, as well as a breakfast briefing and full day on the hill. Cornell Federal Relations would join any participants from campus for the hill meetings. The team at Princeton host a prep zoom a few weeks out.
  • Monday April 8 and Tuesday April 9: Social Science Advocacy Day is an advocacy event and conference hosted by Consortium of Social Science Associations (COSSA). This advocacy day is open to anyone in any field of social or behavioral science. COSSA will host a prep session the night before and Cornell Federal Relations would be available to help set up and accompany any Cornell participants to their hill meetings.
