BD’s Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) provides PhD grads with three 1.5-2 year rotations tailored to their interests in medical device development. As a TLDP associate, you shape a personalized career path targeting your skills and interests, while gaining broad exposure to the business. The program is open to PhD graduates in STEM with between 0-3 years of post-grad experience. You are welcome to apply leading up to your defense, or as a postdoc within three years of graduation. Unfortunately no visa sponsorship.
