The Flagship Fellowship is a paid, full-time 12 week program that runs June 5 through August 25, 2023 (12 weeks) in Boston.

Cycle 2 applications are due March 10.

Ideal candidates have/are:

• deep scientific background in the life sciences and academic excellence
• creative in the ability to solve complex scientific problems
• entrepreneurial leader, effective communicator, team player
• available for full-time employment in Boston by June 2024
• PhD/MD/JD/MBA candidate or postdoc, strong scientific training

An AI/ML track is specific for those with strong computational experience

• AI/ML fellows are integrated into the larger class
• have some specific projects and professional development opportunities

The summer experience includes:

• partner and CEO talks
• company tours
• mentoring (1:1 with director, small groups with current associates/principals)
• skills development (landscape analysis, patents 101, effective storytelling)
• meet & greets
• networking (Flagship Fellows alumni panel, alumni LinkedIn group)–alumni are scientists, in biz development, strategy
• social events
