Role of a PhD on PRIME’s Scientific Affairs Team:
PRIME’s Scientific Affairs team is comprised of a diverse team of PhD and PharmD trained professionals, who play a crucial role in the design and development of PRIME’s educational programming, providing expertise in the following areas:
- Translation of the latest clinical evidence into high-quality grant writing and medical education content
- Design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programming adhering to adult learning principles and interprofessional education guidelines
- Outcomes measurement planning, survey instrument development, program analyses, and communication of outcomes findings
- Development of peer-reviewed articles and abstracts. See PRIME’s extensive list of publications here.

- Contribute to all aspects of a Continuing Education project from its inception through implementation and evaluation.
- Engage and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to produce impactful, evidence-based content
- Publish findings through abstract submissions to major medical and scientific conferences and in peer-reviewed journals
- Address patient care gaps and improve outcomes in real time through the development and implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives, particularly in underserved patient populations and communities.
