Digital Ag Hackathon Mar. 17-19
March 17 @ 8:00 am - March 19 @ 5:00 pm
- This event has passed.
Do you know you don’t have to be a coder to participate in a hackathon? The ‘hack’ refers to quickly and creatively getting to a viable solution to a pressing problem. A weekend commitment might change your mind that you’d like to work in a fast-paced innovative environment and let future employers know that you have experience solving problems in this way.
Cornell hackathons are inclusive of everyone, psychological safety is of utmost importance, and everyone has a place at our events. All students and postdocs in all fields are encouraged to participate in this competition, which is also a ‘coopetition’ to see how far we can stretch the applications of technology. This event has broad appeal and offers a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with plant scientists, data scientists, engineers, developers, and more in an interdisciplinary team.
