Join the discussion with the Deputy Director of the Rockefeller Institute’s NYS Science Policy Fellows organized by the Graduate Student run organization Advancing Science and Policy (ASAP) in collaboration with Careers Beyond Academia and CoRGI (Chemists for Outreach and Graduate Inclusion).
The 2024-26 Science Policy Fellows are the inaugural cohort of the New York State Science Policy Fellowship. The fellows are placed in important roles in the state’s executive agencies and with the legislature. Through their work, they will lend their technical and scientific expertise to policymakers while developing hands-on experience in state government.

This event is for graduate students and postdocs to meet and learn from Science Policy Fellows and the deputy director of the Rockefeller Institute’s NYS Science Policy Fellowship. It will be held April 25 @9am-10:15am in 700 Clark Hall. Coffee and breakfast provided! In addition, small discussion groups with the fellows will be held throughout the day by sign-up.
