Come join a discussion on the art of partnership with Professor of Entrepreneurship Matt Marx, who will present a high-level view of what you should consider in co-founders, what is needed in a founder’s agreement, how to allocate equity ownership, when/what to use a lawyer for, how to raise venture funding without losing your job, and provide key elements that one can utilize when thinking through early startup setup. There will be time at the end for Q&A and open dialogue to discuss learnings, challenges, and situations regarding operating agreements among founders.
